Thomas Kowalski and Michael Wellhöfer successfully passed the exam and obtained the certificate “Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D” (ICB 3.0).
June, 2009 – Topping out ceremony RDF-Power Plant, Bernburg
On June 8, 2009 the topping out ceremony was celebrated for the RDF power plant in Bernburg.
IFTP was responsible for the scheduling, and schedule controlling of this project.
On the picture, you can see the completed shell construction of the turbine building.
On July 7, 2017 Groth Group celebrated the topping out ceremony for the new residential quarter “So Berlin – Wohnen am Mauerpark”.

On September 14, 2016 Deutsche Bahn presented the new ICE 4. The premiere of ICE 4 marks an important milestone in the project. Within the next months the ICE 4 is extensively tested on the track before the start of the regular operation in December 2017. IFTP contributed in this project the Lead Project and ToT – planning for the main supplier Bombardier.

Rebecca Dietl successfully passed the exam and obtained the certificate “Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D” (ICB 3.0).
At the Architecture chamber at 29th February 2016 took place again the seminar scheduling for Architects under the title “Time is running – scheduling without stress”. This seminar has been leaded by Michael Wellhöfer.
Thomas Kowalski successfully passed the exam, and obtained the certificate Microsoft® Certified Professional: Managing Projects with MS Project 2013 (Exam 74-343)
IFTP was on the PM Forum 2015 in Nuremberg. Very interesting lectures were held for development in project management. Agile Project Management and Cultural Transformation Tools were our priorities (collection, comparison and evaluation of the impact of cultural values on the efficiency of business – cultural entropy factor).
